1. Make a donation to Hopelink or Northwest Harvest forward your confirmation email to [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation response for tracking purposes within 24 hours and be assigned numbers for the quantity of entries awarded. If you don’t receive a response within 24 hours – don’t hesitate to reach out.
  1. Raffle begins on 11/30/2020 and ends 12/14 at 8:00pm PST. Between 12/14 – 12/18 we’ll audit donations, finalize packages, and prepare for the drawing. The drawing will take place live over Zoom and the link will be shared on this site prior to 12/18. We’d love for everyone to join and have a beer!
  • Any donation made to existing NW Harvest fundraisers WILL be accepted in this donation – as long as the donations occur after 11/30. This is all about helping the community and the beer is just the incentive to share the love.
  • Any person that contributed bottles, beers, or memberships will also be eligible for this incentive as long as a monetary donation has been made with a timestamp after 11/30. Our goal is raise money for the less fortunate, regardless of the incentive. 
  1. Random numbers will be assigned based on the amount donated to these non-profit organizations. The following schedule will be used to allocate entries based on donations.
  • $10-$25 receives (1) entry
  • $26-$49 receives (3) entries
  • $50-$74 receives (6) entries
  • $75-$99 receives (9) entries
  • $100-$124 receives (13) entries
  • $125-$149 receives (17) entries
  • $150-$174 receives (21) entries
  • $175-$199 receives (25) entries
  • $200-$249 receives (30) entries
  • $250-$399 receives (50) entries
  • $400-$499 receives (100) entries
  • $500 receives (150) entries and a sweet virtual high-five!
  • Donation entries will be given based on total from any email sent. If you decide to donate more later (which is totally awesome), we can accommodate a one-time exception to add the applicable multiplier for the total amount. Any subsequent made after an exception, will be based on entry multipliers for only the new donation total.
  • This contest is in no way benefiting anyone associated with this incentive. We will be fair and ensure that we are transparent with our process. We are a bunch of beer nerds that donate our beer to raise money – please be mindful this is not our full-time job. We will make mistakes, but we will also fix them, when brought to our attention.

  • Winners will be selected on 12/18 @ 8:00pm on Zoom (link to follow). We will use a selection process that is random and include all entrants that have participated in this giveaway. Once a winner is selected, their winning entry will be removed from the drawing before we continue to select the next winner (prevents duplicate entries winning). We will record all winners in the order of selection. We will then reach out and allow them the choice to pick a prize package. The first winner, gets the first pick, second gets the next selection… and so on. Pretty simple, let’s not overcomplicate it.

  • As of the launch of this campaign, we have 11 total prize packages. If you are interested in donating to this great cause – please email [email protected]. Prize donations will not gain you additional entries but could entice others to raise money for those in need. Let’s face it – many of us have beer collections that continue to outpace our drinking capabilities and we potentially have beers that others would enjoy. It’s pretty rad to do good things for the local beer community too! 🙂
  • Maximum winnings of two prize packages per person.
  1. Entrants must be 21 years or older. Anyone can enter and local Seattle residents will have a time arranged for pickup (or delivery, if needed, within reason). If you are not local to Seattle and still want to donate – YOU MUST use your own proxy and you will be liable for your own shipping. You will have 2 weeks to figure that out or forfeit your winning entry and another one will be selected. We cannot guarantee the shipping of these bottles, potential damage, or possible theft in the shipping process.
  1. If you are the winner of Package #1 “Fair Isle Fantasy” we have confirmation that the membership can be transferred into your name. This will be YOUR membership and not just a proxy for an existing membership. You will be responsible for all requirements of this membership and you will be the one managing your bottle allocations. After we transfer ownership – you will be the one that communicates with the brewery for any additional support.
